Ardith Gale (Kensinger) LangleySeptember 21, 1949 ~ August 13, 2017 (age 67)
Ardith Gale Langley, 67, passed away on August 13, 2017 in Clackamas at home surrounded by her loved ones.
Gale was born in Taft, California to Johnny Robert and Juanita Fay (Rhoten) Kensinger on September 21, 1949. She graduated from Taft Union High School and went forward to study cosmetology and get her license. She spent most of her life as a homemaker taking care of her family in Spokane, Washington. She followed her children to Portland to spend time with family and watch her grandchildren grow up. In Portland, she worked at Safeway for many years, where she made many friends. Gale spent the last 22 years battling brittle diabetes. In 2008, Gale survived a massive heart attack which caused kidney damage. She spent the years since fighting against her illnesses while on dialysis. Gale was a beacon of strength for her family and all who knew her. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all.
Gale is preceded in death by step-son, Michael and her parents, Johnny and Juanita.
Gale is survived by her children: Brad, Monica, Wendi Kissell and her son-
in-law Cody, and step-daughter, Michele; her grandchildren: Joshua, Hilary Kissell, Ryan, Lindsay, and Cole Kissell; her sisters, Brenda Bryant and Terry Cameron; and her nieces and nephews: Gina Sigmen, Tommy Manuz, Lori Cameron, Tiffany Cameron and John Cameron.
